Delete your account.

This takes about ten seconds, needs no reply from us, and is the only route that also erases the copy held on your own device.

1. 1 Open noor and go to Settings.
2. 2 Choose Delete Account & Data.
3. 3 Type DELETE to confirm. That is the whole thing.

Email us from the address you signed in with. We use that to confirm the account is yours — we have no other way to check, and we will not delete an account on someone else's say-so.

A human reads it. We confirm when it is done, and we aim to complete every request within 30 days — usually far sooner.

One thing we cannot do this way: any voice recordings you chose to keep are stored on your device and never sent to us, so they are outside our reach. Deleting the app removes them with it.

• Every reflection you have written, and the AI's readings of them
• Your mood history, streaks, rewards and lists
• Your profile: name, email, settings, and any partner links
• Anything held in the recycling bin, deleted or not
• Voice recordings on your device, when you delete from inside the app

For 30 days afterwards our database keeps one thing: a marker that a random account ID was deleted. It holds none of your content. It exists so that a phone which was offline when you deleted cannot quietly re-upload the journal you erased. After 30 days that marker goes too.

One thing is outside our hands: payment records may be retained by Google Play or Paystack, as financial regulations require of them. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
